"5 MEDICINES WITHIN"

RETREAT TO MACAW LODGE

Nov 1st to 3rd, 2019

Join us for a whole weekend to disconnect from external distractions so we can focus on an inside journey, to discover the natural medicines harbored in our inner Self.

Withdrawing from chaos, noise and external movement, allows us to reconnect with our true self and with all its magic and power. By being immersed in nature, interacting with the soul of Pachamama, we remember that we belong to "her". This is a retreat to remember who we are and what resides inside of us, so we can learn to look inside instead of waiting for answers from outside.

MACAW LODGE,

A NATURAL PARADISE

A natural paradise...

Macaw Lodge offers a sustainable location with rustic and very comfortable rooms, in harmony with nature.

The food is from garden to table, delicious, healthy and organic. They even produce the chocolate.

The property has two amazing decks for yogic practices, both perfectly intertwined with nature. One is in front of the lotus garden and the other is hidden between the bamboo forest.

Walking through Macaw lodge's paths is a delightful experience for the stillness of the mind. The amount of birds that can be seen is one of the main highlights of this retreat center.

There is an easy to access and beautiful waterfall to relax and cool down the heat of the day.

Macaw Lodge is the perfect place to recognize the beauty of nature which will remind you that you are also part of it.

  • Expansive Breath - The Power of Prana
Breathing practices (based on Pranayama & Energetic body knowledge) mostly in nature, through which we can weaken the layers of gross and make the crystals clearer so one can see within.

  • Ritualistic Movement - The Power of Movement
The pulsation of the body, the flow of Shakti through the matter. Using movement to access subconscious emotions and to heal. Flowing through predefine sequences based on the patterns of nature, combined with spaces of free movement guided through the music, to access the emotional dimension and express freely that which one has stored.

  • Sacred Vibrations - The Power of Sound
Through mantras, sounds and powerful healing songs, we reprogram our cells and heal our deepest wounds, the ones we see and the ones we don’t.

  • Soul’s Words- The Power of Journaling
Through self observation exercises, exploration of emotions, mirroring and guided  journaling, we can see answers that were apparently invisible and express words that we were programed to repress.

  • Organic Strokes - The Power of Painting
Through blindfolded painting, we will work on overcoming creative blockages and the fear of not being good or not knowing how to paint. We will learn to let go of the end result letting the intuition guide us, flowing through your brush.
